About Heights Homemade
Our Story
Making homemade desserts is my passion. I have a natural affinity for being in the kitchen and experimenting with different flavor combinations. Over the years I have learned different techniques and refined my own style by watching the best bakers on cooking shows like Julia Childs, Martha Stewart, Ina Garten and Joanna Gaines. These women inspired me to take a leap of faith and bake. I make small batches of wholesome, made from scratch home-style baked goods with quality ingredients. Baking in small batches insures freshness and better flavor. I'm an avid gardener and I raise chickens too. I like to use fresh organic eggs, edible flowers, fruit and herbs from the garden whenever the opportunity arises. I enjoy creating new recipes and creative seasonal offerings.
